Luxury A-class motorhomes ranging in size from 28ft to 40ft

PLEASE NOTE:
Prices quoted below do not include GST. GST is an additional 10% to all prices quoted.

  • Hire Period Calculated on a 24 hour daily basis. Minimum hire period is one week.
  • Relocation Fee / Remote Allowance (if applicable) The Remote Allowance / Relocation Fee will be collected 7 Days prior to vehicle pick up.

  • Driver Eligibility Drivers must be over 25, and the license requirement is a Medium Rigid Truck License or the International equivalent. This is equivalent to an American License up to 26,000 lbs (12,000 kg) GVM or equivalent to a CLASS C license in Europe.
  • Bond/Insurance

    Excess of $10,000. A security bond of $10,000 must be paid when you pick up the vehicle. No charge will be made against the bond provided the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, clean and refuelled.

    Only a credit card can be used to provide a vehicle security deposit.

    The credit card holder must be present and able to sign for the Bond upon vehicle collection.

    An excess applies on all claims regardless of cause - or the cost of repairs, whichever is the least. Cover does not include damage to windscreen, tyres, collision with an animal, overhead, interior and under body. Vehicles are to be driven on sealed roads only.

  • Excess Reduction Options Excess Reduction: Pay $25 per day to reduce the excess to $5,000
  • Additional items for hire include:
    Linen/Crockery/Cutlery and Outdoor furniture pack, table, chair and BBQ $15/person/day
    Baby booster seats $5/day
    Baby cots $5/day
  • Cancellations

    Booking deposit is non refundable, the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount. Your credit card will be charged the following amounts if you cancel or fail to pick up the vehicle.

    Cancellation Period Fee
    If cancelled 24 - 7 days prior to pick up 25% of net rental (min AU$500)
    If cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick up 50% of net rental
    If cancelled on the day of pick up or no show 100% of the net rental

    For one-way rental cancellations on the day of pick up or no show the relocation fee (remote allowance) is non-refundable. This is in addition to the 100% cancellation fee of the net rental.

  • If vehicle is returned before the end of the agreed rental period, through no fault of the vehicle, no refund is granted.

    Cancellations or amendments must be made strictly in writing via email.

  • Mechanical and Maintenance

    Contact our office for authorised repairers on 1800 257 797.

    No unauthorised costs will be reimbursed.

  • No Pets and No Smoking Travel friendly pets are considered. Please discuss upon booking.
  • Cleaning fee Cleaning of vehicle on return is at cost (allow between $100 and $500 - depends on state of vehicle).
  • Opening Hours

    8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Saturday (or by appointment).

    CLOSED: On public holidays.
